Make 3 + 4 working, though the code is rather messy
...and needs a lot of cleanup. There are no checks for error cases,
no debug info, etc...

More work on basic infrastructure - types, bindings & compilation.
At this point it actually can compile a simple method returning an integer value.
However, full of hacks here and there and full of #notYetImplemented.

Removed classes meant for hosting Tea within Smalltalk/X.
Hosting support will be re-added later.
