Log start and end of individual tests.
This helps to find a part of a log produced by some test. Usefull for debugging.

Builder::TestReport changed back to *keep* stdout by default. Pass --drop-stdout
to drop it (may generate smaller report)

Added option --keep-stdout to TestReport to include stdout contents in reports.
By default, stdout is not kept as it may generate a huge report which then fails
to parse on Jenkins (running out of memory).
