Issue #200: added regression tests
Note that these tests are skipped on systems with less than
10GB physical RAM. The reason is that this bug only manifested
on systems with > 6GB RAM.

Added one more VM crash test
...for a case I experienced once while working on
8.0.0 branch. At some point, it crashed reliably since
the interpreter passed invalid object to `_SEND0()`.
