During an StX update make error appears

Description
An error appears at the end when performing rake update compile.
The compile still finishes successfully with message OKay, VM runs
Fatal: '..\..\projects\smalltalk\h_win32.rc' does not exist - don't know how to make it
Jan said it is probably a Borland make issue.
