CodeView2 line numbers clipped when exceed 999

Description
Line numbers are clipped greater than 999, i.e., only last 3 digits
are displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open large file, for instance Object.st

Fixed in CVS some time ago. Cannot reproduce now.
