Refactoring method name -> method ends up in __NoProject__

Description
Refactoring method name -> method ends up in __NoProject__. It has to be then moved back to the package during Mercurial Check-in.

Same goes for any renames within a method. E.g. if you rename a method parameter the whole method goes into the
__NoProject__
