[windows-only] I like the smalltalkx.svg icon, you can't get svg to work with windows.

Description

I have taken the liberty to convert the *.svg format into *.png and multiple `*.ico*

Would it be possible to add it to the project?

Description what I have done - what is in the smalltalkx_icons_for_windows.7z.

I have taken the orignal smalltalkx.svg (in the ..\projects\smalltalk directory) file and converted it to smalltalkx.png file. I have then used the .png file to convert it to different icon sizes. I have used the online service icoconvert.com to convert it to .ico format of proper sizes.

The available .ico sizes :

 smalltalkx_16x16.ico
 smalltalkx_32x32.ico
 smalltalkx_48x48.ico
 smalltalkx_96x96.ico
