Description
This is a very complex issue and represents huge amount of work. I think it would be nice to have it here as a reminder that this is something that is "hanging" there.

- figure out new concept of
namespaces - major refactoring in
stc(current implementation is buggy) - major refactoring in
VM - all code around it
