The canvas (from GUI Painter) starts with decoration beneath task bar when the task bar is placed on top of the screen

When I double click on a spec the canvas window decoration is start beneath the task bar which makes it impossible to move.
Current workaround: resize the window till the decoration appear below the task bar.
