Convert all repositories from SVN to Mercurial and move them to BitBucket

Description
- Convert all packages to Mercurial (some of them are still in SVN)
- Move all repositories to BitBucket, making them the canonical repository.
- Use httpd://swing.fit.cvut.cz/hg as mirror of those, updated daily.
This should simplify the management and also should help to reduce build dependencies (no need for SVN client)
