Description
Initialization of Smalltalk packagePath is bit unclear and magic. Clean it up and document better.
- Add directories always, not of if they exist (so one see what's there ans where she may add ne stuff)
- Prune unused ones to make it simpler. One may always add more.
- Get rid of STX_TOPDIR environment
- Remove package path fiddling from
smalltalk.rcand other scripts - Add
--package-pathparameter (like Java's-classpath
