Buildtree STX version does not survive imege reload.

1) Download buildtree
2) Run stx & save image and rerun from image -> everything is OK

Other use case:
1) Download buildtree
2) Remove librun and stc
3) Compile librun and Stc
4) Run stx & save image and rerun from image -> segfault.

This is the same for libjava and for standard builds.

I managed to get the error from debuger (for standard builds). The output is attached.
