Add `GDBCLICommand >> #operation` returning (expanded) CLI command
...just like `GDBMICommand >> #operation` returns MI command. This
can be used to test whether user typed in specific CLI command.
However, this method uses static table and this may not be up-to-date
with particular GDB and it is ignorant of any user-defined CLI commands.
