Add `GDBDebugger >> #waitForAllEventsProcessed` and `#waitForAllCommandsProcessed` These methods are meant mainly for synchronization in tests, NOT for normal user code. Uses should avoid calling these.

The `-break-delete' Command
---------------------------

Synopsis
........

      -break-delete ( BREAKPOINT )+

   Delete the breakpoint(s) whose number(s) are specified in the
argument list.  This is obviously reflected in the breakpoint list.

{No value for `GDBN'} Command

The corresponding {No value for `GDBN'} command is `delete'.
