Rakefiles: refactored "test" targets to support "...:pre" and "...:post" hooks
like most of others. Also create (alias) target "<package name>:test" to run
tests from a command line like:
rake jv:libgdbs/tests:test

Rakefiles: on Windows also copy debug info files (`.dll.debug`)
...along the library itself (`.dll`). This way the GDB can find them.

Rakefiles: distribute demos in the "toy" archive
...so people can have a look. Beware that these demos are
not maintained even by eXept and many, many of them are
actually broken or depend on some obscure packages that
are not maintained. Too bad.
