Fix in MCLazyVersionInfo: set ancestor instvar to nil when initializing
...so lazy-loading of ancestry works.

Another fix in "Compare" changeset computation.
Move all class remove changes to the end so methods are removed before the class is
removed when changeset is applied.

.mcz reading/writing: change indentation of method source to respect platform's convention
When writing .mcz, reindent method sources using tabs (which is the norm on Squeak / Pharo).
