Fix in MCVersionWriter - make sure date is written in compatible format.
Apparently Squeak/Pharo are picky about Date's string fromat. Make sure
that Date is written in format supported by them when writing MCVersionInfo.

Fixed "Compare" changeset creation to ease applying it
* Remove useless "Orgainization" change
* Move all class definitions to the begining so apply would first create / modify all missing
classes and then create/modify methods.

Fix in repository browser: include removals in "Compare with Image" changeset
This allows for easy update of code from MC. However, proper solution is to have
a branch that tracks MC revisions and merge changes from that branch at SCM level
(at least for Mercurial)
