Issue #73: Added (and fixed) BehaviorLookupObjectTests to standard test suite.
* Updated tests to match current implementation (i.e., added ilc: parameter,
updated to take unwind-protecting frame into an account
* Back in 2007 tests were coded upon assumption that the VM removes
the lookup object once used. This is no longer the case, so tests
were either removed or fixed by resetting lookup object.

Fixed exit code checking logic in VMCrashTestTest
When spawned VM exit code is
* 0 (success), test passed
* 1 (failure), mark test as failure
* anything else, mark it as error.
