bmake.bat updated to use hg-clone-and-bmake.bat script

This directory contain CVS stub for package managed
in Mercurial repository. Type `make` (on UNIX) or
`bmake` (on Windows) to build as usual.
Scripts in this directory automatically fetch code from Mercurial
repository located at hg.bh.exept.de.
