Add support for (Pharo) `BaselineOfXYZ` packages
In order to improve interoperability with Pharo and Tonel packages
this commit fixes `ProjectDefinition class >> #definitionClassForPackage:`
to allow loading (Tonel) `BaselineOfXYZ` packages.
