Issue #259: fix `ProjectDefinition >> classesForPlatform` and use it `#testSuite`
THis allows packages to specify testcases valid for some platform only.
This is normally not needed but sometimes the testcase uses a class
that is platform specific and this will cause package validation
error upon commit.

such as corrupted class, corrupted method/selector array, etc.
The message text gives some more information on what happened.
(for example, if you set an objects class to a non-behavior, nil etc.).
It is not guaranteed, that the system is in a working condition once
such an error occurred.
