#loadMandatoryPreRequisitesAsAutoloaded: (send #mandatoryPreRequisites instead of #effectiveMandatoryPreRequisites)
loadMandatoryPreRequisitesAsAutoloaded does what it says.
used to load all prerequisites, which lead to problems with some packages (pdf)
loadAsAutloaded now loads the mandatory first, then itself, then the remaining prereqs.
