Do not include superclasses of autoloaded classes to mandatory prerequisites
...make those rather "referenced" prerequisites. It's silly to make a package
hard-dependent on SUnit if it contains (autoloaded) test cases.

ProjectDefinition: Do not hide dependency problems when generating makefiles
Do raise an exception so the user knows there's something bad and is forced to
solve the problem. There's no way around!
