Fixed test `JarFileTests#signed_jar_01()` on Debian OpenJDK 7u111, debian 2.7.2
In Debian's latest update of OpenJDK 7 (and possibly others) the "MD5withRSA"
algorithm has been disabled. The test `.jar` files is signed using this algorithm.
To prevent the test from failing, test if "MD5withRSA" is enabled and if not,
skip the test. The testing code has been copied from `sun.security.pkcs.SignerInfo`.
