Initial support of obsolete changesets
* Added `HGChangeset >> isObsolete` testing method
* Added `HGCHangeset >> successors` that returns immediaate
sucessors changesets
* Attempt to use an obsolete changeset would normally
throw `HGObsoleteChangeset`
