Fix for mixed Smalltalk-Java packages
When package containing Java classes (those annotated by a
stx/libjava.annotation.Package) is about to be commited,
* Add javaBundle into project' definition (but never overwrite it)
* Generate and commit java/build.xml and java/build.auto.xml build
support files.

Fix for selective commit of a new Java class
When a new Java class is commited, make sure build.xml and build.auto.xml are generated
and commited too.

Update project definition when selective commit adds class.
A project definition should be updated and commited when a
new fresh class is (selectively) commited. Also, commit all
(possibly changed) build support files.

Added HGMCVersionInfo>>message: to allow uses to force-set commit message.
This can be used to force message digest instead of single commit's message. Useful
when exporting to MC to include list of all changes since last export.

Added HGChangeSet>>messageDigestUpTo: & messageDigest
Returns a a 'digested commit message' up to given changeset.
This may be handy when exporting a commit to monticello to include
commit message containing a digest of messages since last time the
code was exported.
