Fix in HGPackageWorkingCopyRegistry>>flush: on Windows, just give up if temporary working copy could not be removed
...this happen on heavily loaded windows for one reason or another. The file
locking on Windows is broken, so don't bother. MS should fix this...

Fix in commit dialog: use current working copy parent as changeset to ammend
...rather than revision of packages (as in `self task packages revision`). The
latter does not work with non-package commits such as those initiated from file
browser.

Fix in HGRevisionInfo>>changeset - care for non-existent repositories
Handle correctly the case a class is compiled out of Mercurial repository
(i.e., it's binary revision saying it's HG SCM) but the repository could
not be found when asking for changeset object.
This can happen for examole when a code is packaged with sources (but
not with whole repositoy, of course).
In this case, just return nil indicating the changeset cannot be found.
