Fixed couple stupid bugs in MethodRewriter
Namely:
* When rewriting, operate only on methods which matches the search pattern
* Correctly interpret \"method pattern\" checkbox (there was inverted condition).
Both bugs rendered rewriter unusable. Now it works again.
