Workaround for disappearing breakpoint icons after editing source code.
When a line(s) with breakpoint is deleted, delete that breakpoint too instead
and move only those after deleted line(s).

fixed invalid breakpoint movements (lineNr <0 ),
when code was removed.
Should really remove breakpoint with a line,
when a line gets deleted, instead of moving it to
the next/prev line!
