Hack: do not include Java language in language-menu.
Java is funny - we don't have an evaluator for Java
but we have to define evaluatorClass to return GroovyEvaluator
to be able to inspect code in debugger/inspector. Hence this hack.
We may need something like evaluatorClassForInspector/Debugger.

Bug fix in Tools::CodeView2: redraw accept-cancel bar when redrawing...
..single line of gutter. This bug was introduced recently by changes in
CVS (and merged to branch jv :-)

Bugfix Tools::CodeView2::GutterView - do not redraw gutter if its not shown.
This actually fixes DNU when CodeView2 is used in diff view. Then the
second gutter is not shown and #yOfTextViewLine: returns nil (bad) which
leads to DNU.
