Minor tweaks to Monokai code view theme This commit changes few things: * changes highlighting of unknown identifiers and/or unknown selectors by using more common way of red underline. * changes `Red` color to something more aggresive * and shows control flow selectors in `Orange` rather than `Red` (since red signals some kind of error)

Backed out changeset 84498b441bc0 This commit reverts changes done in commit 84498b441bc0: In smalltalk tools use same background in lists as in code view. While it worked reasonably fine with light theme and Solarized theme for code view, it does not work that well for dark themes. If we ever want to achieve similar effect, it has to be done differently, using tool (application) theming support, not hack like this.

`InspectorView`: allow selecting and double-clicking on `-self` Clicking on `-self` entry in inspector list did reinspect but when inspector is embedded in - say - debugger, this is pretty counter-intuitive and opening a full inspector on `self` requires use of menu. This commit allows to select self and double-click on so all items behave consistently.
