mainGroup detection was wrong for modal-view-open;
do NOT bring the mainGroup's window to the top, when opening
a modalbox. Instead, only the previous groups top is raised.
(in case of a modal-view already open, as in
expecco -> gui-painter (modal)-> table-editor (modal) -> dialogBox (modal)

return focus disabled (the getKeyboadFocus as implemented
raises the view; it seems to be not really needed, because
the focus seems to be reassigned correctly by another mechanism already)

do not change the cursor again. This avoids the ugly flicker.

changed redraw to always clear the exposed area, unless
clearExposedAreaInRedraw is redefined to return false.
