Fixes to make XftFontDescription>>example1 to render something. Sometimes it segfaults
and also there are some artefacts (invalid font metrics, rendering twice without clearing,
maybe something else)

XINCLUDE is now full cmd-line-arg (inlcuding the -I), to allow multiple include dirs to be specified
(was: naked directory name only).
Implies change of all uses in Make.protos to change -I$(XINCLUDE) into $(XINCLUDE)
