Build files: fixed dependency for GLXWorkstation
GLXWorkstation requires XWorkstation.H header file in order to compile.
However expression this dependency as dependency on .H file does now work -
apparently there's no rule for .H files.
To workaround this, express the dependecy as dependency on XWorkstation.$(O),
which actually compiles the class but creates coresponding .H file as
side-effect.

Win / x86_64 build fix: do not include XWorkstation in Windows builds
It is rarely if at all used and xlib libraries are not available
when building using MinGW(64) toolchain. If anybody uses XWorkstation
under windows, let me know.
