Add `ViewStyle class >> for:`
This provide unified API for any class that may need stylesheet - most
notably, `ApplicationModel`s may need one. At the moment, this just
returns the same as `#forPackage: class package` but classes should
not use `#forPackage:` directly to allow for future refinement.
