where the app does not have the sorted list at hand,
(so a wrong entry is selected).
For backward compatibility, the old (buggy) behavior
is the default; the fix must be explicitly enabled
with sortListInPlace:true

oops - the useOwnBuilder flag was ignored in some
situation, so a new builder was always created even
if the flag was off.
This meant that subcomponents were not found by the
application with componentAt:
(especially broke the projectbuilder assistent).
If that makes problems in other apps, check the
UISpec flags there first (check "Use Own Builder")
before complaining. And check ProjectBuilder checkin
button after any change here.
