major fix in scrollability handling:
my scrollable flags (in the canvas spec) tell if scrollbars are supported
in principle, but the embedded app then detemrines if scrollbars
are shown or not. This is needed for apps, which consist of multiple
scrolled views themself (for example, a panel with individual scrolled
lists or text), and we do not want two scrollbars.
Also, this must be done dynamically, as the embedded app may be
changed (for example, in settingsDialog, where the language setting
does not want scrollbars, whereas the bytecodecompiler settings does)
