Removed:
* java/libjava-support (code moved to java subdir directly)
* java/libjava-projects (no longer used)
* java/libjava-examples (obsoleted by examples Smalltalk/X sub-package)

Repository cleanup (2/7): removed smaCC directory.
SmaCC-based Java parser is long time not used - superseded by Eclipse parser.

Ant build files refactoring (part 2)
Added code to project definition to generate both build.xml and build.auto.xml.
Those are to be called by SCM, however, SCM should generate build.xml only
once and never overwrite it.

Ant build files refactoring (part 1)
Ant build files has been rewritten by hand (as opposed to rely on those
generated by Eclipse). This would give us a better control over the
Java build process and allow later for integrating build.xml generation
to ProjectDefinition to make working with polyglot packages easier.
