More Java AST utilities.
* Changed ASTNodeFinder to keep a stack of types in which
the searched node is. This is handy to figure out that
the node is actually in some inner class.
* Added ASTInnerTypeCollector that collects for each type
declaration it's its inner classes, including anonymous.
